17	ix.	Frederick CARTER was born about 1864 in Biddenden, Kent.3 She was living on 3 Apr 1881 in North Street, Biddenden, Kent.3 Frederick was quite a late child having been born when his father and mother where 51 and 46 respectively. On the 1881 census he is shown as an Agricultural Laborer.
