30. Ephraim GURR was born on 15 Jul 1846 in Frittenden, Kent.¹⁴ Information passed from a letter to Barry Miller from Maria Coltman. He was living on 30 Mar 1851 in 65 Pound Hill, Frittenden, Kent..¹⁸ He was living on 3 Apr 1881 in 2 Vine Place, Sevenoaks, Kent.³⁶ He was living on 31 Mar 1901 in Moat Road, Headcorn, Kent.¹⁴ He died in 1910.³⁷ On the 1871 census Ephraim is described as a Master Joiner. By 1881 he was boarding in Sevenoaks working as a Carpenter and Joiner. Then by the time of the 1901 census Ephraim was married to Mary and living in Headcorn with his father, Ishmael, his wife, Mary and one Herbert Davis Cooke who was an apprentice carpenter.
